What areas do you do home deliveries?
Currently we are delivering to Edinburgh postcodes EH1 to EH25 only. We hope to expand into other areas when demand allows.
What will I get in my fruit and veg box?
On the order online page there is a selection of images of the different options available. Beneath each image there is a description of what you can expect to find within each box.
The selection will vary depending on seasonality and availability. We only use A-grade fruit and vegetable suppliers.
How do I order?
Orders can be set up and created online. Once you have selected the item you wish to order it will then ask for your address. You can set up regular weekly or fortnightly orders. You can then select to pay by credit card.
What precautions are you taking with Covid-19?
We are adhering to all the government guidelines and have strict social distancing practices in place for both our operations and delivery. All our drivers and pickers follow all recommendations and are supplied with the appropriate safety equipment.
Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?
Ideally, we would recommend that someone is around to take delivery. However, we appreciate that this isn’t always possible.
If you are not in, we are happy to leave the delivery in a secure location. We do ask that the secure location is covered and clean.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the delivery if leaving your order in a secure location.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, there is no minimum spend.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, delivery is charged at £3.50 within Edinburgh.
What if I need to change the order?
When you first become a customer, you will need to create an account on the website. You can then log on to change your order, add some items, change the delivery instructions or even pause your order.
Where does the fruit and veg come from?
We personally select our fruit and veg from a few trusted suppliers we use at the Fruit and Vegetable Market in Glasgow. We don’t use air freighted fruit or veg and work with local suppliers where possible.
Can I change the contents of the box?
No, we don’t currently have the option to change contents of the box. We are sure that there is plenty of great choices for all to enjoy.
We are not happy with the quality of our order?
Having satisfied customers is our number one priority. If you feel that there is an issue with the quality of our products please email: email@example.com and we’ll aim to respond as soon as possible.
Our delivery hasn’t arrived
We aim to make all deliveries on your allocated day between Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 4pm. Please note we are unable to give a specific time.
Can I make an order for a friend / family member?
Of course. Please go about this in the usual manner of setting up an account and payment will be taken in the usual way.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made by credit card and this will automatically be deducted before each order is delivered.
What days do you deliver?
We operate daily deliveries Monday – Friday between 8am to 4pm. Please note: we do not operate deliveries at the weekend.
What do I do with the empty boxes?
We ask that you recycle these responsibly.
